3-10 business days - we will send a confirmation email and an email to confirm item has been shipped!
Do you accept refunds?
Because each item is handmade, we do not accept refunds, however if you have any concern with your item, please feel free to reach out to us and we would love to help you! Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship anywhere. Shipping rates are calculated on your country's location and weight of your package. For Domestic we offer for $4 flat rate and free shipping after $40.
By default, we ship USPS First Class mail and it usually takes about 1-5 business days depending on location.

What if I placed the wrong address?
Oh no! it happens - We will have to wait to "Return to Sender (LULUSPAWS) and then we can send it back.
Bandanas
Are your bandanas tie on, snap on, or over the collar?
They are snap on bandanas and they snap at the "Up to inch size". If you're in between sizing, please request extra snaps. They by default come with one pair of snaps!
Can I customize my bandana?
Yes! We have made many different bandanas by request and can even alter any of the other designs! We want to make your dream bandana come true so please reach out to us via Instagram DM or email!
What should I do if I'm in between sizing?
We recommend sizing up and requesting an extra snap in the notes - this allows the bandana to be more adjustable!
What size should I get if I'm a puppy
We recommend sizing up to projected weight and requesting extra snaps so you can wear it furever!
How do I wash my bandanas?
For preserve the quality of your handmade bandana, we recommend to handwash in cold water and let air dry. If has personalization, please be careful to not iron over decal.
